Healhy Families of Clarksville's Healthier Beginnings Program Serving Military Families
Healthier Beginnings of is a free voluntary home visiting support program for military and civilian parents of Montgomery County who are pregnant or have a newborn under three months of age. Babies begin learning at birth and the first three years are the most critical to their future learning. Parents need the most current information on how babies grow and develop. Trained professionals can help with relieving the stress a new baby brings by providing information on preparing for new baby, infant care, child health care, nutrition, information on child growth and development, parenting skills and tools to strengthen family life. Services are provided to address various family needs and linkage to timely and relevant community services.
Available to the parents in Montgomery County that are expecting a baby within three months or who have had a baby in the past three months.
