CCS Adolescent Residential Treatment

 
 
 

CCS's adolescent program is based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine Levels of Care. CCS offers a structured planned regiment of 24 hours a day where a adolescent develops recovery skills dealing with addiction and co-occurring disorders involving substance abuse and mental health issues. This environment offers a defined set of policies and procedures, housed in a facility where a adolescent can safety deal with the psychological, emotional and physical aspects of addiction.

Eligibility Requirements

Tennessee residents age thirteen (13) through eighteen (18) years old who: State Grant: (1)Have a substance use disorder as defined “Substance use disorder” includes Substance Abuse and Substance Dependence according to the specific diagnostic criteria given in the DSM-IV or most current version. (2) Have no other financial means of obtaining the services available through this program; (3) Are not enrolled in Tennessee’s Medicaid program, TennCare; have depleted their TennCare or other third party alcohol and drug abuse treatment benefits limit; or do not have any other third party health benefits payor source. Other payor sources: (1) TennCare Receipant (2) Priviate Insurance (3) Self Pay
