Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP)

 
 
 

TCSEPP serves non-custodial parents who are ordered to pay child support in Blount, Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox and Sevier counties and are interested in finding and maintaining employment and developing strong relationships with their children. The program works with local agencies to help individuals overcome barriers in their lives. TCSEPP coordinators assess participants & refer them to appropriate services in the community, connecting them to needed resources. 

Eligibility Requirements

Be unemployed or under-employed, or have difficulty meeting child support obligations.
Be age 18 or older, be a non-custodial paren, with established paternity on a new or existing Blount, Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox or Sevier County child support case.
Order must come from one of the counties listed above, althgouh non-custodial parent can live in another county. 
Agree to pay child support and participate in program activities that will increase employment and earnings and develop responsible parenting practices.
