TCSEPP supports non-custodial parents who live in Knox, Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson or Sevier County and are interested in finding and maintaining employment and developing strong relationships with their children. The program works with local agencies to help individuals overcome barriers in their lives. TCSEPP coordinators assess participants & refer them to appropriate services in the community, connecting them to needed resources.
Be unemployed or under-employed, or have difficulty meeting child support obligations.
Be age 18 or older Be a non-custodial parent, with established paternity on a new or existing Cocke, Grainer, Jefferson or Sevier County child support case.
Be a resident of Knox, Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson or Sevier County or be willing to commute to for services.
Agree to pay child support and participate in program activities that will increase employment and earnings and develop responsible parenting practices.
