I. C. Hope (Erase the Stigma Program)

I.C. HOPE is an award-winning behavioral health education program that is most often provided to students in school settings, but is available to civic clubs, hospitals, PTOs, special events, and other interest groups in Middle and West Tennessee. I.C. HOPE is the name of our duck puppet or duck mascot that reminds audiences to “don’t DUCK mental health.” With over 10 age-appropriate programs available, I.C. HOPE works to reduce the stigma associated with behavioral health, increase knowledge about behavioral health, and help people identify people they may turn to for assistance. The fun presentations include music, dancing, story-time, and relevant lesson(s). Program lessons focus on managing bad days, bullies, and emotions like anger and grief. Presentation for older audiences may focus on suicide prevention, body image, eating disorders, anxiety, or depression. Call (615) 269-5355 today to schedule I.C. HOPE for your group!
