UTM's Healthy Start and Healthier Beginnings Home Visiting Programs


A voluntary home visiting support program for expectant and families of young children. A trained professional will help you by coming to your home to answer questions about your child’s health and development. They also can help connect you to resources in your community to help you be the best parent you can be. You will benefit by having support for you, your child, and your family. You will better understand your baby, and learn new ways to support your child’s development.

Families must enroll prenatally or within the first 3 months of the child's birth. Families must reside in Dyer, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Obion or Tipton county.
