Crisis services include 24-hour, seven days a week, toll-free telephone hotline services, mobile crisis services and mandatory pre-screening agent services. Services include assessment, referrals and follow-up. Please Note: Crisis Services for Children-serves children and youth under 18

Eligibility Requirements

Call for psychiatric emergencies when a child or adolescent 17 years of age or younger: • Expresses serious suicidal or homicidal thoughts or behaviors • Experiences severe depression • Exhibits bizarre behavior, disorientation, confusion or hallucinations • Acts in a destructive manner or is otherwise out of control • Always call if it’s possible the person may need care in a psychiatric hospital
