Healthy Families Tennessee (HFT) is a free, voluntary, and confidential in-home parenting support program designed to strengthen the parent-child bond. Parents and caregivers meet regularly with a Family Support Specialist (FSS) to explore topics such as parenting skills, brain development, social-emotional learning, and more. Visits are tailored to meet each family’s unique needs and interests. Additional support includes developmental screenings, connections to community resources, and assistance with goal setting for your family’s future.
