South Memphis Alliance-Dream Seekers Program

Dream Seekers Program offers comprehensive support to young people ages 14- 26, who are currently in foster care or aging/aged out of foster care. The Dream Seekers center is a one-stop resource center for these young people. We help them to meet their goals for independence by connecting them to their community, and offering a support system as they grow from youth to adulthood. Dream Seekers can be referred to the program from various sources and community partners such as Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, Youth Villages, OmniVisions, Meritan, Shelby County Schools, other foster youth, and other organizations that serve youth. We provide financial education training to those young people as well as support in meeting their goals for stability.
