Planned Respite - Frontier

 
 
 

This program trains parents in how to find and train their own respite provider or to locate respite resources. It also gives parents some immediately needed respite while they are enrolled in the program.

Eligibility Requirements

This program is open to parents or caregivers of children age 2 to 15 years who have been diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance. Parents/caregivers who live in the counties listed may to apply to enroll in the planned respite program. The parent(s) must request the service, as it is a voluntary program and requires parent involvement and participation.
