YEP Program

Tennessee’s Youth Employment Program (YEP) helps young people aged 14-24 find jobs with various employers across the state. By joining YEP, participants can gain valuable work experience, learn new skills, and even try out different careers. Plus, they can earn up to $4,000 while doing it.

The program runs all year long and offers more than just jobs. YEP teaches important skills that can be used for a lifetime, making it a great way for young people to start building their futures.

Every successful career starts with a first job. YEP, is the perfect place to begin. Participants can choose jobs that match their interests and goals. Along the way, they can learn discipline and teamwork.

Tennessee businesses, from small family-owned shops to large companies, can find eager young workers through YEP. The program matches employers with young people who fit their needs, creating opportunities for both sides.
